Our Church is a place called HOME, with people we call FAMILY"
This Week's Bulletin
After the resurrection of Jesus Christ, the disciples waited in prayer and expectation. Fifty days after Easter, during the feast of Pentecost, God fulfilled His promise by sending the Holy Spirit upon the believers (Acts 2:1–4). Pentecost was not merely an event in history; it marked the birth of the Church and the beginning of Spirit-empowered Christian living.
Holy Spirit is God’s Gift
Jesus promised His disciples that He would not leave them alone. Before ascending to heaven, He told them to wait for the “Promise of the Father.” “You will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you” — Acts 1:8. The coming of the Holy Spirit on Pentecost fulfilled God’s promise.
